Nancy,
I wanted to thank you for everything for our wedding on May 31st.
You and
Deborah were such a help to us. We love your venue, and so did our
guests.
From what I hear, the food was also very excellent. (we only got to
try a
little). I have a friend who said that he's been to a couple
weddings
recently and the food was better at ours, and he even left one
wedding and
went out to eat. I hope everything went well on your end. I was
trying to
not focus on the details because I had to talk to so many people. I
would
like to know of any quirky stories you have that went on behind the
scenes.
I did talk with Ginny about a few things. We talked about how I
wished
people were dancing. I guess you can't tell what people are going to
be
like. But I knew my family would leave early because of the
drinking, which
about 40 of them did. Oh well.
I thought everything went wonderfully. You and the staff were
wonderful to
us. We will definitely recommend Swan Court. In case you missed the
butterfly release, it went perfect. (I know you haven't seen one
there) We
had the guests each release one when we left the aisle, and they all
took
flight, and it was a magical moment. I would recommend that for
other
weddings there. Our friends thought it was a good touch.

Dear Nancy,
I wanted to thank you and Debra for the wonderful party you helped
me throw for my mother's 80th birthday two weekends ago. All of our
friends and family were very impressed with the service, food,
environment and had a wonderful time.
Your help in the planning stages was immense, and I greatly
appreciate your dedication and thoughtfulness on such a memorable
occasion for my family. In the future, we will definitely be back
for another event.

Wow, I cannot believe it is all over with. I wanted you to know how

Hi Nancy,
Just wanted to let you know that the rehearsal dinner last Thursday
was wonderful and to thank you for everything!
I can't tell you how many compliments we received about the
facilities, the food, atmosphere.... the whole thing. Everyone had a
great time and thought the room was lovely. And please pass on my
thanks to Deborah and her staff.... they were all very helpful and
professional. And patient!! The guests were having such a good time,
it was kinda hard to get them to leave! Deborah was very
understanding, so although I told her that night, please let her
know again how much I appreciated it.
I've already bragged about Swan Court and how well the dinner went
to all my co-workers and friends. I know one co-worker is planning a
big event in the future, and I highly recommended Swan Court to her.

We had an AWESOME time! Everyone was so complimentary of the DJ
and room, and I believe that a good time was had by all. You and
your crew did a beautiful job of making it all happen so
wonderfully, and we are so thankful for all you did. Near the
end of it, my mom asked me if it was the best day of my life,
and it absolutely was! Thank you for your role in that. I didn't
feel like I had to worry about a thing that night; everything

I have been meaning to send an e-mail to say thank you. I got
the beautiful outside ceremony my heart was set on and the
outside scenery came out great in pictures. Thank you especially
for your patience through it all. In August I was a bridesmaid
in friends’ wedding and the lady handling the rehearsal made
everything so difficult. It made me very appreciative that our
wedding rehearsal was a breeze and that you were so easy to work
with.

Thank you for working with me to create the perfect wedding. I would

while we were partying. So many guests had great things to say about

I wanted to tell you that the Rehearsal
Dinner was a great success. Everyone said such good things about the
evening. Thank you so much for your patience with me and for setting
up such a special dinner for me. Your wait staff was courteous,
friendly, efficient and very responsive to any needs. I saw them
early in the day to set up in a frazzled state and they were so
polite and patient to my husband and I. Our food was delicious and
the timing of all went great. Please share this and my thanks to all
involved that evening. I am gushing, I know; but am sincere in my
thoughts and will be more than pleased to give Swan Court a GREAT
